The Change Leadership Company is a business dedicated to developing stronger change capability in organisations and individuals. We do this through providing strategic advice on change strategy and implementation, running education sessions and webinars, coaching, and tailored programs focusing on change.
Megan has accumulated more than 20 years experience working on people and change issues in business. In addition to consulting, facilitation and organisation design expertise, Megan writes regularly and has been published in several business magazines, newspapers and international web-sites.
Megan has an MBA and a coaching degree.
Areas of Expertise
Organisation Change and Development
Megan has worked on several large scale cultural change and integration programs in the financial services sector, encompassing process and system review, changes in organisational capability, communication and change implementation.
In past roles she has been responsible for running cultural surveys, debriefing the results with leadership and working through resulting change plans.
Leadership Development and Coaching
As a degree qualified coach Megan has worked extensively with people in leadership roles – helping them work more effectively with others, identify and change limiting behaviours, get more from their teams, become significantly better leaders, and create strategies that encourage buy in and action.
Her coaching experience includes coaching people from the business and the corporate world in becoming more effective, improving self awareness, changing limiting behaviours, creating strategies and plans for action and improving their performance. Her clients cover a cross section of industries and range from general managers to solo business owners. Where appropriate, 360 tools (such as the LSI) and other assessments are used as an integral part of the process.

Facilitation & Workshop Design
An experienced facilitator, Megan has strong skills in developing and running workshops and events that are fun and deliver tangible business outcomes. Over the last 15 years she has designed and run group sessions for up to 200 people, lasting from 2 hours up to 3 days. Topics include
change impacts, business planning, strategy, process re-engineering, performance management, team building, project planning, prioritisation, and many others.
Megan has been invited to facilitate events both in Australia and overseas.
